Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and z778 ("z778", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at z778.cam ("Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, acceptance of bonuses and promotions, and all communications with our support team.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

z778 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — The website z778.cam, including all pages, sub-pages, applications and associated services operated by z778.
• "Account" — The registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, manage funds and receive communications.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback amount or other non-cash incentive offered by z778 subject to specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable real funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity verification process by which z778 confirms the identity, age and payment details of a Player.
• "Real Money Funds" — Deposited funds held in a Player's account that are eligible for withdrawal subject to these Terms and KYC completion.
• "Jackpot" — A game-specific prize pool that accumulates over time and is triggered by specific in-game events.
• "Self-Exclusion" — A voluntary restriction placed on a Player's Account at their own request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering. Procedures and controls implemented to detect and prevent the use of the Platform for money laundering activities.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws applicable to your place of residence, whichever is higher.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by automated means, bots or on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law. Pakistani users are responsible for confirming their own legal position under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable legislation before registering.
• You must not hold any other active or previously closed Account on the Platform. One Account per person, per household address and per device is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent or close family member of z778 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any third-party self-exclusion scheme that covers z778's operating jurisdiction.

z778 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. We also reserve the right to close Accounts found to be ineligible at any stage, including after funds have been deposited. In such cases, Real Money Funds will be returned net of any Bonus amounts received.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required by the registration form. You must update this information promptly should it change. z778 accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised them.

z778 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from z778 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before a withdrawal can be processed, all Players must complete KYC verification. This requires submission of acceptable government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Additional documents relating to payment methods used may also be requested.

z778 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage, including before a withdrawal is requested. Accounts with pending KYC verification may have deposits and gameplay restricted until verification is complete.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds. Minimum deposit thresholds apply as specified on the Platform's Cashier page; illustrative examples quoted elsewhere on the site (such as PKR 1,000) are for reference and may differ from live operator minimums.

Payment method references on z778 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as context for Pakistani users only. Actual payment method availability is subject to operator confirmation at the time of deposit. These institutions do not endorse or affiliate with z778 or any gambling activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits, in accordance with AML policy. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are communicated in the Platform's Cashier section.

z778 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there are pending bonus wagering requirements, outstanding KYC documents, or active AML investigations on the account.

All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses must be accepted and activated within the stated opt-in window. Failure to opt in within the specified time forfeits eligibility for that offer.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the expiry period stated for each offer. Unmet wagering requirements on expiry result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100%; table games, live casino and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding the stated maximum will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only the net winnings generated from bonus play, once wagering requirements are fully met, are eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

z778 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated software, exploitation of software errors, or structuring bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "advantage play" in breach of these Terms).

All games and betting markets available on the Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which take precedence over any general description of game mechanics. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets, including cricket, football, UFC and other markets, are subject to the Platform's Sportsbook Rules. Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number is displayed. Cricket betting markets covering PSL, ICC and T20 international fixtures are for wagering purposes only — z778 has no official affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any sporting body.

7.2 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting odds update continuously. z778 accepts no liability for connectivity issues that affect a Player's ability to place or modify in-play bets. Bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined will be voided. z778 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects a game round or bet, z778 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any winnings attributed to a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. Players should report malfunctions to support immediately.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation or money laundering.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or AI systems to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity.
• Providing false identification or financial documents during KYC.
• Accessing another Player's account without authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with Platform software.

z778 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All Players are required to use the Platform in a manner consistent with responsible gambling principles. Gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a means of generating income.

The following tools are available to all registered Players through their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly and monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits — Caps on the amount you can lose within a set time period.
• Session Time Limits — Automatic reminders or enforced session cut-offs after a specified duration.
• Reality Checks — On-screen notifications at defined intervals showing time played and net position.
• Self-Exclusion — Voluntary suspension of account access for a defined or indefinite period.
• Account Cooling-Off — A short-term break option to pause gambling activity without full self-exclusion.

z778 reserves the right to impose limits or suspend accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe a Player may be experiencing gambling harm, irrespective of whether the Player has requested such intervention.

All content on the z778 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, sound files, video clips, user interface designs and source code, is the property of z778 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may constitute an infringement of z778's intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z778, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• Gambling losses arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform, including for maintenance or technical reasons;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit z778's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

z778's collection, processing and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, z778 collects personal data necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance and regulatory reporting. We do not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

You have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, and in certain circumstances object to processing of, your personal data. Requests should be submitted to our support team. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account (net of any Bonus funds and subject to completed KYC) will be returned via your last verified withdrawal method.

z778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account was opened using false or misleading information;
• We are required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Continued operation of the Account poses an AML, fraud or responsible-gambling risk;
• You are found to be located in a prohibited jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, z778 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus funds and winnings derived from Bonus play. Real Money Funds will be returned in accordance with AML obligations.

z778 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to the address associated with your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
