18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Local laws may restrict gambling.

18+

Adults Only

z778 is strictly for players aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. This requirement is non-negotiable and enforced through mandatory KYC age verification.

Adults-Only Access — No Exceptions

The minimum age requirement at z778 is 18 years, or the higher minimum set by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever applies. This is not simply a legal formality — research consistently shows that gambling activity during adolescence is associated with significantly higher rates of problem gambling in later life.

All accounts on z778 require documentary age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued ID. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete.

Protecting Minors: If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor may have accessed the z778 Platform, please contact [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and close the account without delay. Consider using parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on shared devices.

Age verification is not waivable under any circumstances. Players who are found to be under the applicable minimum age will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds returned. Any winnings generated by an underage account will be voided in full.

Tools Available to Every z778 Player

These tools are available in your Account Settings at any time. Using them proactively is one of the most effective ways to keep gambling enjoyable and within safe boundaries.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you are allowed to deposit per day, week or month. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the limit period resets. Increases to deposit limits take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Account Settings → Deposit Limits
Loss Limits

Cap how much you can lose within a defined period. When your net loss reaches the limit you have set, the Platform will prevent further wagering until the limit period expires. This tool is particularly effective during PSL season or ICC tournaments when match excitement can encourage impulsive decisions.

Account Settings → Loss Limits
Session Time Limits

Set a maximum duration for each play session. When your time is up, the Platform will display a notification and optionally log you out automatically. Losing track of time is one of the most common precursors to problem gambling behaviour.

Account Settings → Session Limits
Reality Checks

Receive on-screen pop-up notifications at intervals you define (e.g., every 30 minutes) showing how long you have been playing, your net win/loss position and a reminder that you can stop at any time. Reality checks keep you connected to what is actually happening rather than losing yourself in the moment.

Account Settings → Reality Checks
Cooling-Off Period

Take a short-term break from gambling without committing to full self-exclusion. Cooling-off periods are available from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this time, your account is locked from deposits and gameplay. Marketing communications are also paused. The cooling-off cannot be ended before its natural expiry.

Account Settings → Take a Break
Self-Exclusion

Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the z778 Platform. Self-exclusion can be set for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or indefinitely. During exclusion, your account is closed, all marketing is stopped and re-registration attempts are rejected. All Real Money Funds are returned. This is the most serious tool available and is irreversible for the chosen period.

How to Set Your Limits

Setting up responsible-gambling limits on z778 takes less than two minutes. We recommend doing this before your first deposit — not after a session has gone badly. Here is a simple guide to getting the key protections in place.

1
Log In to Your Account

Navigate to z778.cam and sign in with your username and password. Two-factor authentication is recommended for additional security.

2
Open Account Settings

Click on your account avatar or profile menu in the top right corner. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

3
Navigate to Responsible Gambling

Look for the "Responsible Gambling" or "Player Protection" tab in your account settings panel. All limit tools are grouped here for easy access.

4
Set Your Preferred Limits

Choose from deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and reality check intervals. Enter the values that reflect your actual budget — be honest with yourself about what you can comfortably afford to spend.

5
Confirm and Save

Limits take effect immediately on confirmation. Increases require a 24-hour waiting period to take effect — this is deliberate and cannot be bypassed. Decreases apply instantly.

How Self-Exclusion Works

What Happens When You Self-Exclude
  • Your account is immediately locked from deposits and gameplay.
  • All marketing emails, SMS and push notifications are stopped.
  • Any Real Money Funds in your account are returned to you.
  • Bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
  • Re-registration attempts during the exclusion period are rejected.
  • The exclusion period cannot be shortened once activated.

To Request Self-Exclusion: Contact z778 support at [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". State your preferred exclusion period. Your request will be actioned within one hour of receipt. This is treated as a priority contact.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognise in yourself. These warning signs do not make you a bad person — but they are signals worth taking seriously. If you recognise several of these in your own gambling behaviour, please reach out for support.

  • Gambling with money intended for essential expenses such as rent, utilities or groceries.
  • Chasing losses — placing larger or more frequent bets after losing in an attempt to win back money.
  • Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when unable to gamble.
  • Hiding your gambling activity from family members or friends.
  • Needing to bet increasing amounts to feel the same level of excitement.
  • Borrowing money or selling belongings to fund gambling activity.
  • Gambling interfering with work, study, family relationships or daily responsibilities.
  • Repeatedly trying to cut back or stop gambling but being unable to do so.
  • Feeling a sense of guilt, shame or regret after gambling sessions.
  • Thinking about gambling constantly, even during non-gambling activities.

Quick Self-Assessment

Honest answers to these questions can help you gauge whether your gambling remains in a healthy zone. There are no right or wrong answers — only an honest conversation with yourself.

1

Have you ever spent more time or money gambling than you originally intended?

2

Have you ever argued with someone close to you about how much you gamble or how much money you spend on gambling?

3

Do you find yourself thinking about gambling when you should be focused on other things?

4

Have you ever tried to win back money that you had lost gambling?

5

Have you borrowed money or sold something to pay for gambling or debts caused by gambling?

6

Have you ever felt the need to bet more and more money to get the same feeling of excitement?

7

Have you ever felt depressed or suicidal because of gambling-related problems?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, consider using z778's responsible-gambling tools or contacting our support team to discuss self-exclusion or limit options. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Gambling in Pakistan — Know Your Legal Position

Pakistan's Legal Framework

Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. z778 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

This page does not constitute legal advice. Pakistani players should seek independent legal guidance regarding their personal obligations under applicable local law before participating in any gambling activity.

Our Commitment to Pakistani Players

z778 serves players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. We understand that PSL T20 matches and ICC tournaments generate strong emotional investment, and that in-play betting during cricket can encourage impulsive decision-making.

Our responsible-gambling tools are designed with Pakistani usage patterns in mind — mobile-first, accessible in the heat of a match, and effective at creating pause before harm occurs.

Financial Responsibility

Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Do not use funds that are committed to essential expenses — rent, utility bills, school fees or groceries. Gambling losses are not recoverable through further gambling.

Payment method references on z778 — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are for contextual reference only. These institutions do not endorse, support or affiliate with z778 or any gambling activity.

Supporting Friends & Family

Problem gambling affects more than the individual player — it impacts families, relationships and communities. If you are concerned about someone else's gambling, the most constructive first step is an honest, non-judgmental conversation.

You can also contact z778 support on their behalf to discuss what tools and interventions are available. Protecting the people around you matters as much as protecting yourself.

Support Resources & Next Steps

If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling-related harm, support is available. You do not have to face this alone.

z778 Support Team

Our support team is available around the clock per operator schedules. Responsible-gambling contacts are treated as priority and routed directly to our player-welfare team — not a sales queue.

Community Support

Support groups and community peer networks provide a non-judgmental space to share experiences with people who understand what you are going through. Talking openly with trusted family members or friends is also a valuable first step toward recovery.

The z778 Responsible Gambling Commitment

z778's approach to responsible gambling rests on a straightforward belief: gambling should only ever be entertainment. It should be something you choose to do with discretionary money — money you could spend on a day out or a restaurant meal — never money that your household depends on.

We also acknowledge honestly that gambling is not appropriate for everyone. If you have a history of addiction, if you are in financial difficulty, if you are under the applicable minimum age, or if you are in a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited, you should not use the z778 Platform. We mean this sincerely — our long-term interest is in players who gamble safely and sustainably, not players who are harmed by their use of the Platform.

The responsible-gambling tools on z778 — deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion — are available to every registered user at no cost and without restriction. We also reserve the right to proactively apply limits or make welfare contact if our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with gambling harm, regardless of whether the player has requested intervention.
